Great things are happening up the Kapiti Coast! The chess club is expanding rapidly, thanks in large part to the efforts and energy of one of their top players, Alan Winfield.
Three of the players in the Wellington Chess Club Championship B grade also play at the Kapiti Club (Alan Winfield, Ross Jackson, Gordon Lyall).
Alan has just started a Blog, which already has a feast of information and analysis.
